About Coffee Club

Run. Sip. Repeat.

Coffee Club started with a few friends, early alarms, and a belief that training should fit into real life, not the other way around.

We met before sunrise and found that showing up felt easier alongside each other.

Over time, we realized what became so meaningful for our small group might be for other women too.

We started to spread the word, and our small group quickly grew into a large community of women all choosing themselves before the start of their “day.”

Today, Coffee Club remains a women-centered running community built around morning miles, consistency, and doing hard things together.

We are here to help busy women stay in the sport longer, train for big goals, and be surrounded by people who remind them what’s possible.

FAQ

Questions before your first run

Is this women only or are men allowed?

Coffee Club is a women-centered, inclusive running community, and everyone is welcome on our runs as long as they respect the space we have built for women. Keep the vibe supportive, do not take over the pace or conversation, and help make it comfortable for everyone. Our group chat is for women only, but all are welcome to show up, run, and grab coffee with us.

What if I am a beginner? Can I still come?

Everyone is welcome. We usually run 8:30-9:30 pace, sometimes 10:30, but it is no big deal if you need to slow down, walk, or just come for coffee. The best pace is the one that works for you.

What if I want more miles?

Come at 5AM for an additional 3 miles and be back by 5:30AM for the main run.

Do you start right away?

We give everyone about a 4-minute grace period to park and get settled before we start.

How do I find updates about meetups?

We post all our official run details on Instagram. For unofficial, member-coordinated runs during the week, we use our women-only group chat. If you would like to join the chat, just ask one of us at a run.

It seems like everyone is good friends

We’re a welcoming bunch and most of us met through Coffee Club! We always make it a point to acknowledge anyone new, but feel free to jump in, introduce yourself, and join the conversation. The more you show up and put yourself out there, the more we will feel like your crew too.

Is it free to join?

Yep. No fees, no sign-ups, no strings. Just show up, run, and grab coffee after if you would like. The only thing we ask is that you respect the space and the people who make it special.

How do I get connected or find a running buddy?

If you want a running buddy or have any questions before your first run, just DM us. We are happy to connect you with someone and answer questions.
